Boilermaker

Cedar Park Group is hiring a Boiler Maker (Boilermaker) to construct, assemble, maintain, and repair stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries. Work includes aligning and assembling boiler frame tanks/vats from blueprints, supporting vessel testing, directing boiler/furnace cleaning, and inspecting/repairing boiler fittings and auxiliary equipment.

Schedule/shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday–Friday
Job Type: Full-time, 2-year contract

• Construct, assemble, maintain, and repair stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries.
• Align structures or plate sections to assemble boiler frame tanks or vats per blueprints.
• Use hand/power tools, plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs, and turnbuckles.
• Assist in testing assembled vessels.
• Direct cleaning of boilers and boiler furnaces.
• Inspect and repair boiler fittings (safety valves, regulators, automatic controls, water columns) and auxiliary machines.

• At least 5 years of experience with stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliary systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform alignment/assembly work.
• Proficient with related hand/power tools and leveling/measuring equipment.
