Machine Operator - 1st Shift (Multiple Openings)

Location: Syracuse, NY
Schedule: 1st Shift (Day Shift) - Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. 30-minute unpaid lunch, 2 paid breaks
Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking Machine Operators for 1st shift to join our manufacturing team. These positions support multiple production operations and may include offset envelope press operation and/or envelope converting equipment (folder/gluer machines). Opportunities are available for both entry‑level operators and more experienced adjusters, depending on skills and background.

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Positions may include:
  • Offset envelope press operation
  • Envelope converting and folder/gluer machine operation and adjustment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company specifications
• Make routine machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting
• Accurately complete required production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance, and team members to meet production goals

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Experience with printing presses, envelope converting, or folder/gluer equipment is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
