3rd Shift - 9:15pm - 5:45 am Sunday through Friday

The PC Lab Tech is to ensure finishing processes are within operating parameters and takes appropriate action necessary to maintain control of the process, extend bath life, and optimize performance. Works with suppliers and co-workers in addressing processing issues, as well as identify process improvements. Engages operations, EO and maintenance personnel in working together to maintain and continuously improve the performance of Anoplate solutions and the finishing products.

In This Role You Will:

• Perform testing requirements in accordance with ISO and Nadcap procedures
• Perform bath analysis according to analysis schedule, including:
  Titrations, Atomic Absorption analysis, pH, Dye analysis (spectrophotometer)
• Issue chemical additions based on analysis results.
• Weigh / measure chemicals and make additions to processing baths
• Maintain tank labeling, replace as needed
• Communicate concerns regarding the plating baths and/or any process issues, utilize Process Down Log.
• Utilizes True Chem to determine chemical locations/storage. Utilize storage procedures to assure area is kept clean and orderly.
• Properly organize, document and file analysis and addition data
