We are looking for a hands‑on Field Superintendent to be the on‑site commander for a major fencing project. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day field operations, ensuring that work is executed efficiently, safely, and according to plan.

• Direct and supervise all field crews and foremen on a daily basis.
• Manage site logistics, material staging, and equipment utilization.
• Enforce strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Read and interpret project plans and specifications to guide the crew.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on schedule updates, resource needs, and field issues.

• 7+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent or similar lead role.
• Extensive experience with chain‑link fence installation or similar linear construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large crew.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures.
• Proficiency with construction equipment (skid‑steers, augers, etc.).
