This role involves managing a diverse caseload with a primary focus on family law, including divorces, custody disputes, and adoptions. • Manage family law matters from inception through resolution.
• Represent clients in Family and Supreme Court for various proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands, and complex motions.
• Lead the discovery process and work with necessary experts.
• Provide compassionate client counseling and clear communication.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on complex issues.

• 1-5 years of experience in Family Law or General Litigation.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the New York State Bar.
• Understanding of New York State DRL, CPLR, and Family Court Act.
• Proficiency with digital tools and practice management software.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and strong oral advocacy skills.
• Attention to detail in drafting and court submissions.
