In-House Attorney

Overview

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team in Madison, WI. This role requires relocation and includes financial relocation assistance.

Your responsibilities will include supporting Epic's growth, negotiating multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with leading healthcare organizations worldwide, forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad, and managing litigation. Your level of responsibility will grow rapidly as you deepen your knowledge of our dynamic industry.

• Strong academic and professional background
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
• Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges
• Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
• COVID‑19 vaccination required
