Key Responsibilities Maintain, update, and operate existing code while developing new code for project reviews Develop rationale in programs to ensure data quality and apply formulas for psychometric statistics Document programming procedures, assist with quality control of data analysis results, and communicate insights to the project psychometrician
Required Qualifications Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field 1+ years of statistical analysis experience; psychometric programming experience preferred Proficiency in R programming
Experience with Winsteps and/or IRTPRO preferred Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills in new software applications for test data analysis
