The Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team at Capgemini Invent is at the forefront of helping organizations unlock the full potential of their data to drive strategic, scalable, and sustainable change. As part of Capgemini’s Strategy & Transformation Consulting practice, the DDT team brings together deep expertise in data strategy, architecture, governance, and AI to deliver end‑to‑end transformation solutions tailored to industry‑specific needs.
Our unified team structure enables seamless collaboration across domains such as Data & AI Advisory, Data Platforms & Architecture, and Applied Data Fusion. We support clients across sectors—including manufacturing, energy, consumer products, and life sciences—by designing future‑ready operating models, embedding data‑centric cultures, and accelerating value realization through agile delivery models.

Job Description – Grade SpecificWe’re building a world‑class team to deliver AI‑driven transformation across financial services, consumer products & retail, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial operations. If you’re passionate about semantic modeling, AI product strategy, and data transformation, this is your chance to shape the future of intelligent systems.
We Are Hiring Across Multiple Tracks- AI Product Management (Senior & Junior)
- Context Architecture & Engineering
- Manufacturing Systems & Data/AI Architecture
- AI/ML Systems Engineering
- Define and deliver AI product vision, roadmaps, and MVPs.
- Design semantic models, ontologies, and event‑driven architectures.
- Architect manufacturing data pipelines (MES, PLC, SCADA, OT systems).
- Build predictive models, anomaly detection, and optimization workflows.
- Implement MLOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 72,000 – 136,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, experience, and market conditions.
