This is an on-site, full-time Senior Technician role based in Syracuse, NY. The Senior Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced surveillance, security, and low-voltage systems. Additional responsibilities include conducting system diagnostics, providing technical support, ensuring installations meet industry standards, and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of security solutions.

• Proficiency in installing and maintaining surveillance systems, security technologies, and low-voltage infrastructure
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues
• Experience in system integration and the ability to work with advanced technology platforms
• Technical skills in configuring and programming security systems and low-voltage components
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and team collaboration skills
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Syracuse, NY
• Relevant certifications such as BICSI, NICET, or industry equivalents are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel locally as needed
