This is a high-impact opportunity to sit at the center of my client’s people operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately, compliantly, and on time—every time. You’ll be the backbone of payroll integrity while supporting critical HR processes that keep the organization running smoothly and responsibly. • Play a mission-critical role ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee trust
• Be the go-to expert for payroll systems, HRIS data, and wage/hour compliance
• Broad exposure to benefits, ACA reporting, HR analytics, and employee relations
• Partner closely with leaders across the business to keep operations moving
• Salary: $60-65k

• Process and audit weekly payroll, including taxes, garnishments, deductions, and W-2s
• Maintain and optimize HRIS data, reports, and internal process documentation
• Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and ACA reporting
• Assist with onboarding, leave administration (FMLA, ADA, STD), and unemployment claims
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and internal policies

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Strong payroll, HRIS, and compliance knowledge
• High attention to detail with excellent data accuracy
• Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative by nature
