Overview
Night Guest Attendant at Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is a roles-focused, overnight guest services position. The role involves working independently during the night shift and serving as the face of the property, handling guest needs and maintaining safety and security.
Responsibilities- Property inspections during the night to ensure safety and security.
- Guest services: assist with after-hours check-in/check-out and address guest needs or concerns with high-quality service.
- Laundry duties: manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels; maintain a clean laundry area.
- Cleaning & maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, stock cleaning supplies, and perform room preps as needed when day shift housekeeping is unavailable.
- Emergency procedures: follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for guests and property.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Hourly rate: $17.00 - $19.00 (dependent on experience).
- Daily Pay access to withdraw earnings.

- Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive in solving problems.
- Ability to kneel, squat, stand, sit, bend, and twist for long periods.
- Lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
