Job Summary

Leads the development and delivery of data‑driven insights to inform strategic decisions across clinical, operational, and financial domains. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to translate healthcare data into actionable intelligence that improves patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools; analyze clinical, financial, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; partner with stakeholders across department to define KPIs and measure performance against strategic goals; lead analytics and quality improvement projects from scoping through execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment; translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership;

ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with healthcare regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management along with 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics/strategy. Demonstration of managing cross‑functional projects in healthcare setting, experience with clinical or operational healthcare data (EHR, quality/KPI metrics). Proficiency in MS office suite. Strong communication and engagement skill.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree (MPH, MHA, MBA, MS in Analytics). Previous experience with EPIC EHR. Proficiency in Tableau and Vizeo preferred. Lean Six Sigma and/or project management certification preferred.
