Board Certified Behavior Analyst - In-Person Role at BK Behavior Ventures
. We are seeking active Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are ready to make a meaningful impact.
Note:
We do not provide training for BCBA certification; applicants must hold active BCBA certification. Our training program is designed to support certified BCBAs in excelling within our company.

What We Offer- Competitive pay: $55–$105/hr
- Start Part-Time with transition to full-time after 90 days

- Conduct assessments and create behavior plans
- Supervise ABA programs and staff
- Support and train caregivers and RBTs
- Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
