Location: City of Syracuse
A healthcare provider in Syracuse is seeking a Pediatric Clinical Case Manager to oversee pediatric cases, coordinate care, and manage discharge processes. The ideal candidate will be a NYS licensed RN with a minimum of three years of experience in acute care or case management. This full-time position requires the ability to work Monday to Friday, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and CPR-BLS certification is required by appointment. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a healthcare-related field and prior pediatric experience.
