Job Summary
Provide consultations, individual and milieu therapy to patients on the Child & Adolescent Hospital Psychiatry Services (Child Consult Liaison (CCL) team, Pediatric Emergency Department (ED), and the Child & Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatry units), working in the hospital ER and inpatient settings. Provide expert level clinical care and coordination of care via a full range of services that will improve quality of patient care delivered.
Observe and evaluate patients, provide individual, group and family psychotherapy sessions, as appropriate, arrange for referrals, testing, consultation, and therapeutic services, and maintain outstanding relationships with families, referring physicians, and all members of the health care team.
Work days, evenings, and overnights. Flexible hours.
Qualifications- Minimum Qualifications: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC from an accredited training program with a practice focus on child psychiatric patients.
- Preferred Qualifications: Supervised inpatient clinical experience with children and adolescents.
Be experienced or willing to be trained in the assessment and treatment of inpatient psychiatric patients. Work in diverse environments with people of different backgrounds. Must be a strong communicator and able to develop an effective partnership with providers, staff and all stakeholders, regardless of their cultural, ethnic, and racial backgrounds.

SalaryLevel 2: $60,406 - $88,200.
