Duties- Perform ultrasound scans on patients using specialized equipment
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process to them
- Position patients correctly to obtain accurate images
- Adjust equipment settings to optimize image quality
- Analyze images and provide preliminary findings to physicians
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of information
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Certification or registration as an Ultrasonographer
- Proficiency in performing various ultrasound scans, including abdominal, pelvic, vascular, and musculoskeletal
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to ultrasound imaging
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret images
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and other relevant software

Base Pay:
From $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
