Job Summary:
Provide high-quality inpatient psychotherapy for youth and young adults at Upstate's Adolescent inpatient unit. Responsibilities include delivering psychotherapy, collaborating with team members and inpatient providers to coordinate care, and participating in quality improvement protocols to optimize clinical outcomes. Ideal candidates will demonstrate kindness, curiosity, openness to new ideas, and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds.

- LCSW
- Supervised individual and group psychotherapy experience with children and adolescents
- Child & adolescent psychology clinical experience with inpatient populations
- Previous experience in child and/or adolescent inpatient units
- DBT and/or Trauma-focused CBT training or expertise

Salary Range:$60,406 - $84,050, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Salaries are prorated for part-time positions.
