Shift

Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (varies depending on client schedule)

Position Summary
  • Meet with clients one‑on‑one and provide indirect care with treatment agencies and families.
  • Teach classes that support independent living goals within the community.
Education, Training, Experience, Certification
  • Associate’s degree with 1–3 years experience in human services, OR
  • B.S. degree with 0 years experience. Liberal Arts degree in a human‑service related field preferred.
  • CPRP certification is preferred.

Participates in orientation and continuing education; updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise. Completes population‑specific competency annually on populations served, as identified in scope of care and service.

Special Equipment, Skills or Other Requirements
  • Current BLS/CPR certification and First Aid training.
  • Will maintain yearly in‑service training.
Work Environment and Hazards

Clinical setting. Exposure class I – routine or potential exposure to blood, body fluids, excretions, or secretions.

Pay

Pay Range: $20.20 – $29.30 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary within the stated range based on location.
