Medical Assistant (MA) — Family Care practice

Working arrangements:
Full-Time (40 hours/week) or Part-Time (20 - 29 hours/week). Dayshift with a flexible schedule. Salary: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour (depending on experience). Non-Exempt. Training for the position is a full-time schedule for 6 - 8 weeks.

Patient Care Techs (PCT) are encouraged to apply. We provide on-the-job training to help you gain hands-on knowledge to prepare for your new career.

• Room patients
• Obtain vitals
• Assist with intake process
• Perform ECGs
• Work with the provider to assist during the patient visit

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Graduate of a certified Medical Assistant (MA) or LPN program OR 1 - 3 years experience in a Medical Assistant role in a medical office
• Prior experience in a busy medical office preferred, but not required
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
