Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Location: Syracuse, NY
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, Monday–Friday 08:00 – 16:30; one weekend per month

Role Overview

• Evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans in the outpatient setting.

• Establish specific, measurable goals in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Provide direct patient care, maintain timely documentation including progress notes and discharge summaries.

• Attend clinics, rounds, and conferences and share relevant patient information with care teams.

• Participate in staff education programs and training of new staff.

• Serve as clinical instructor for senior-level physical therapy students and support new program development initiatives.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.

• Licensure: New York State Physical Therapy license or eligibility.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute and/or outpatient physical therapy experience.

• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
