• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field
• Associate's degree or certificate in Histotechnology
• Valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license
• Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology and laboratory procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment and computer systems
