Serves as a full-time Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider, delivering inpatient psychiatric care and working as an NP in the Emergency Department and inpatient units. Responsibilities include providing expert clinical care, coordinating services to improve patient outcomes, observing and evaluating patients, ordering tests, arranging referrals, and maintaining strong relationships with families and healthcare team members. Work hours include days, evenings, and overnights with flexible scheduling.

Must be a strong communicator and capable of building effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

• NYS licensed/registered Psychiatric NP (specialty area must align with practice)
• Master’s Degree
• NPI number
• DEA certification
• Medical malpractice insurance
• Medicare enrollment with Medicare  PTAN
• National Certification through AANP or ANCC (prior to hire)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)

Work Days:
Monday through Friday, days or evenings/nights
