• Primary responsibilities will be to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and help restore day to day functionality
• Provide personable solutions to our clients to accommodate their needs
• The PT assists with restoration of patient functioning to prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability

• Current New York State Physical Therapist licensure—new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Responsible, caring, and dedicated Physical Therapist who enjoys helping patients and making a great impact in their personal development
• Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds
