We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team, responsible for the design and coordination of HVAC and mechanical building systems. This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality designs for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.
Responsibilities- Design HVAC systems including air distribution, chilled water, heating water, and ventilation systems.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system sizing to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate mechanical designs with electrical, structural, and architectural teams.
- Support field inspections, commissioning, and respond to RFIs during construction.
- Ensure all designs meet applicable building codes, ASHRAE standards, and project requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and building mechanical system design.
- Proficiency with Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE standards, IBC, IMC, and related codes.li>
- Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
