Fisher Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Transportation Bridge Project Manager to lead transportation engineering and bridge design projects from concept through construction. With a strong backlog of transportation infrastructure work, including projects with NYSDOT and local municipalities, this role offers immediate leadership opportunity.

What You’ll Do as a Senior Transportation Bridge Project Manager- Successfully lead transportation bridge design projects from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick-off.
- Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
- Lead design strategy and collaborate with teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders to align with client goals and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout.
- Provide clear direction, motivation, and mentorship to team members.
- Prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout the process.
- Support new business development efforts in collaboration with the Client Services team by delivering exceptional service, promoting Fisher’s capabilities and building lasting client relationships.
- Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and municipal approvals.
- Represent Fisher Associates in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities.
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years in civil transportation engineering, including bridge design project management
- Demonstrated experience managing bridge design transportation projects from design through delivery.
- Professional Engineering License (PE)
- Demonstrated success in developing trusted, long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office, Micro Station, STAAD and Bridge Design Software preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing NYSDOT bridge design projects and federally funded transportation programs

$120,000-$155,000
Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. The listed salary range does not guarantee specific pay or reflect total compensation and excludes the value of benefits.
