TTM Technologies is currently seeking an experienced and customer centric Senior Project Manager within our Aerospace and Defense Interconnect Solutions Business Unit. This high impact role is responsible for end‑to‑end development, delivery, and lifecycle management of one or more sector programs. You'll be at the forefront of project execution, working cross‑functionally to manage cost, schedule, and quality while delivering results that exceed customer expectations.
PrincipalDuties and Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes across multiple programs and with cross‑functional internal and external teams to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints
- Utilizes & follows standard project scheduling and planning tools per applicable project management processes. Assists in developing project management best practices/templates/tools.
- Organizes, understands, and analyzes consolidated project status and financial information for reporting and action
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
- Leads and/or participates in customer and project meetings reviews, and tracks progress of day‑to‑day commitments
- Ensures that problems and issues are dealt with in a structured manner, using accepted problem solving and root cause analysis. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Ensures appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required, Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in fast‑paced environments with high revenue projects.
- Proven success in customer‑facing roles managing Aerospace & Defense Programs a plus
- Proven ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross‑organization projects and best practices, collaborating and communicating across business and functional stakeholders.
- Effective written, oral and presentation skills with technical and non‑technical team members.
- Ability to foster teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with or for defense prime contractors a plus.
- PCB/PWB experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of project management techniques; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Able to travel (~25‑30%), mainly to Customer and TTM A&D sites, in support of program requirements and milestones
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to hold a current U.S. Government security clearance to SECRET level.
