- Lead Capital Planning & Innovation: Drive project planning, incorporate new technologies, and collaborate with leadership.
- Project & Team Coordination: Coordinate among teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring compliance.
- Risk Management & Process Improvement: Address equipment risks and collaborate on facility improvements.
- Staff Oversight & Resource Optimization: Manage work assignments, performance, recruitment, and retention.
- Leadership & Performance Oversight: Oversee key projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Engineering & Technical Excellence: Ensure compliance and provide technical solutions.
- Budgeting & Cost Optimization: Lead budgeting, monitor expenditures, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 10+ years in engineering and project management
- Experience in the food industry, dairy preferred
- Led projects with budgets of at least $20MM
