Senior Structural Engineer
Full‑time, Technical, Advanced Manufacturing, U.S. – Ideally located near a Jacobs U.S. office.
Base Pay Range$ – $ / yr

The Senior Structural Engineer will work on Data Center projects including new builds, retrofits, and colocations. This role expands the depth and breadth of structural engineering design, tools, and methods while growing technical and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities- Perform a variety of structural analysis.
- Create computer models for structures.
- Perform member design calculations, foundations, material take‑offs for estimating, miscellaneous calculations, and assist with schedules.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 8+ years of professional experience in structural engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer; able to register in additional states.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Micro Station, and S3D.
- Proficiency with RISA or STAAD analysis software.
- Knowledge and application of ACI, AISC, ASCE 7, AIST Technical Report 13, and other industry design codes.
- Knowledge and application of building codes.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, including MS Teams for remote coordination.
- Ability to travel to client sites (10% – 20%).
- Master of Science in Engineering.
- Experience with industrial metals projects including casting and rolling operations or similar heavy industrial projects.
- Ability to lead teams to deliver commitments on schedule and on budget while meeting quality and client expectations.
