Production Test Engineer

Actalent is seeking a Production Test Engineer for a DoD company located around Syracuse, NY. Position offers full benefits, pto, and OT pay, as well as an opportunity for growth. Schedule is onsite, but is flexible. Company offers a 4/10 work schedule (off every Friday). Must be eligible to receive a US Secret Clearance. Please apply with an updated resume.

• Engineering degree
• Demonstrated experience with hardware/lab troubleshooting equipment (multi-meters, O-scopes, etc)
• Be proficient in the use of various types of computers and software programs
• Be able to read and understand drawing, schematics, blueprints, and technical publications
• Have the ability to write test reports in detail
• Production Troubleshooting Experience
• Be familiar with basic troubleshooting protocols
• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• This role will specifically be supporting the Integration and Test on a DoD program
• The integration and test team is responsible for integrating software and hardware on the actual systems.
• This position will primarily support product test activities including but not limited to the following:
• Tester certification/calibration
• Troubleshooting test failures for both production and field return assets
• Perform acceptance testing following documented test procedures,
• Populating test logs/data sheets

This is a Contract position based out of Syracuse, NY.

The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

Vac/HOL pay, health coverage- will update with more specifics shortly

This is a fully onsite position in Syracuse,NY.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 16, 2026.
