Pyramid Management Group is seeking a teammate with a passion for Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) modelling to contribute to our company s collective goals. As a Revit Operator in Pyramid s corporate office, you will play a key role in generating, developing, and maintaining computer generated drawings and records using Revit software (primarily), and AutoCAD software (occasionally) for facility space management of our portfolio of shopping centers.

In this role, you ll collaborate closely with various in-house teams including leasing, legal, operations, construction, development, accounting, revenue, and finance. You ll also interact regularly with our mall teams including Operations Directors, Tenant Coordinators, and Facilities Coordinators.

This position is full-time in our corporate downtown Syracuse office and conveniently located approx.. 1 mile from Destiny USA.

Our primary mission is to provide excellent support to all departments within Pyramid for the conduct of our day-to-day business in a positive and responsive manner with a focus on providing leasing with the tools they need to engage prospective tenants.

The goals of this position include:

• Support a determined group of highly motivated leasing representatives in their efforts to acquire new tenants and improve overall tenant mixes in all of our shopping centers.
• Ensure consistency in the documentation of our portfolio of shopping centers.
• Assist in the development, monitoring, and updating of program standards related to Revit/CADD and other modeling standards to maximize efficiencies and reduce labor.

As a Revit Operator, your work will support all departments throughout the company by providing plans and documents to support the day-to-day needs of our team. The responsibilities of this position include:

• Operate a Revit/CADD station in the production of project documents. Project requirements include drafting and modeling.
• Responsible for meeting established schedules required of project work.
• Work closely with other internal departments and mall teams to meet drawing needs.

• Maintain the drawing records for our entire portfolio of shopping centers.
