Your role: create and facilitate focused, high-impact reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, and help replicate that success across campuses nationwide.

What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
- Creating individualized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to improve instructional methods and generate actionable recommendations
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary learners in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
- Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to conventional curricula—academic subjects are taught through AI-adaptive applications
Reading Program Coordinator key responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master’s degree in reading instruction
- Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating small-group reading interventions for K–2 students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student engagement patterns within them
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
- Able to work on-site at one of our locations:
Phoenix, AZ;
Austin, TX;
Fort Worth, TX;
Plano, TX;
Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
