Post-Acute Care Physician - Syracuse, NY
A national healthcare organization is seeking a Physician to join their Post-Acute Care team in Syracuse, NY. This full-time position offers productivity-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
Perks and Benefits- Salary Range: $190,046 to $225,055 annually
- Fee-for-service model with uncapped productivity bonuses

- Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage
- CME allowance and leadership opportunities
- EMR training and support
- 4 days/week, Day call weekends, after hours backup
- Post-acute care setting (SNF/rehabilitation)
- Collaborative team environment
- Back-office and administrative support
- MD/DO required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- NY license or ability to obtain
- Post-acute care experience preferred but not required
