Compensation: $240,000 – $300,000 per year

Office Locations: North Syracuse, Syracuse, Fayetteville

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in New York (or eligible)

• Minimum 2 years of clinical OB/GYN experience

• Current BLS/CPR and DEA certification

• Comfortable providing both outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN services

We are seeking a Physician – Obstetrics/Gynecology to join a well-established, patient-focused practice in the Syracuse area.

This role offers an excellent work-life balance, strong compensation, and the support of a hospital laborist
, significantly reducing call burden. Physicians can choose full-time or part-time schedules
, with flexibility built in.

• Monday–Friday, daytime clinic hours

• 8-hour shifts

• No nights, no weekends

• Anticipated on-call 4–5 times per month
  , with laborist support at the hospital

• Part-time and flexible scheduling options available

• Provide comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care across assigned clinic locations

• Provide inpatient OB/GYN services
  , including deliveries and related surgical procedures, at partner hospital

• Maintain expected productivity standards for clinic time

• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation within the EMR

• Manage lab results, charts, medication refills, and patient follow-ups

• Participate in administrative responsibilities and required meetings

• Practice cost-effective, high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with organizational policies
