Talkiatry was built for Psychiatrists, by Psychiatrists and offers the stability and support of a hospital group with the autonomy of a private practice. We are currently seeking 100% Remote BC/BE Psychiatrists to join our national team as we continue to expand across the US.

• Provide remote psychiatric care as part of Talkiatry’s national team.
• Select a patient population according to your own criteria and preferences; robust intake process that can be adjusted in real time to balance acuity and diagnoses.
• Determine appropriate patient contact time: minimum of 60 minutes for intakes and 30 minutes for follow-up visits.
• Utilize Talkiatry’s integrated EMR and technology-driven solutions for messaging, telemedicine, lab integration, and tracking patient outcomes.
• Rely on our in-house referral network to refer patients to specialists and therapists; clinical information is shared seamlessly through the EMR.
• Focus on high-quality care with reduced administrative burden;
  Talkiatry handles scheduling, billing, and other support functions.

• Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry. Subspecialties strongly encouraged to apply.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine. Assistance available to obtain licensure as needed.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills; willingness to learn new EMR tools.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with a strong work ethic.

Talkiatry’s compensation plan totals $300K-$350K+ annually, consisting of a base salary plus a monthly productivity incentive; the productivity incentive is guaranteed during onboarding ramp-up.

Talkiatry is led clinically by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified psychiatrist. Our psychiatrists are in control of their practice with support staff to remove administrative duties and provide flexibility in where and when you practice.
