Job Responsibilities:
Manage the design and development process from commencement to the completion of projects
Work closely with clients and property staff to ensure operational requirements are met
Coordinate with U.S. Team to meet project schedules, work priorities to deliver high quality designs
Utilize superior graphic and Revit skills
Ability to receive client design criteria and incorporate into architectural plans.
Education:
Advanced degree in Architecture or related design field
Experience (required):
10+ years of relevant experience
Previous experience in Healthcare projects
Communicating with all levels of staff and clients
English language abilities
Experience (preferred):
Licensed architect (New York)
Salary:
