We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team focusing on skill training programs in Nepal. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and informative content aimed at promoting skill development initiatives, attracting learners, and fostering community engagement.

- Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, social media channels, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Develop compelling narratives, stories, and educational content to showcase the benefits and importance of skill training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content.
- Work closely with the marketing team, instructional designers, and program managers to coordinate content development and dissemination.
- Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and industry experts to amplify reach and impact.
- Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the education, training, or nonprofit sectors.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and multimedia production software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content management systems.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and storytelling techniques.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the skill development landscape in Nepal is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluent in English and Nepali; additional languages are a plus.
