Based on experience; will be discussed with manager during interview.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and pass a federal background review and drug screen.

• Oversee construction management of ongoing construction projects and renovations.
• Review contractor’s Quality Assurance Plan.
• Oversee and perform three-phase inspections and surveillance of construction work to ensure compliance with contract and specifications.
• Review design, comment logging and back-checking for Design-Build projects.
• Monitor submittals utilizing a submittal status log.
• Review and comment on the accuracy of the construction contractor’s requests for payment.
• Review and acknowledge daily reports including verification of the project schedule by indicating the activities worked on that day and the activities behind schedule.
• Maintain orderly working files for correspondence, minutes of meetings and conferences, payments, updated progress schedules, monthly progress reports, punch lists, and field changes.
• Review and process Requests for Information (RFI) and contract documents including amendments, notices to proceed, change orders, modifications, and other locally generated documents developed during construction.
• Support construction contract modifications.
• Perform critical path schedule review.

• 7+ years of engineering and construction management experience.
• Experience with construction administration and capability of handling large projects.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering.
• US Army Corps of Engineers or不足 other federal project experience preferred.
• Experience with Resident Management System (RMS) preferred.
• Experience reading construction plans and specifications.
• Good written communication and organizational skills.
