Senior Business Analyst, Mobility, Defense and advanced Industrials

Overview

Senior Business Analyst  will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Mobility, Defense and advanced Industrials Practice (MDI). The MDI Practice supports organizations in the development, production, operations and sustainment of aerospace and defense platforms.

Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people, you will work with clients to define and implement strategies that deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in a changing market environment. Through hands-on experiences, you will broaden your knowledge across topics while developing relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm. Experience or qualities we look for:

• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Hold a master’s degree (engineers preferred) or undergraduate degree with relevant work experience
• Experience working as a Management Consultant preferred
• Experience working in or alongside clients in the following industries:
  Aerospace & Defense;
  Aviation
• Functional expertise in manufacturing and supply chain operations
• Active clearance is a plus
• Located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, Washington D.C., or Toronto
• English fluency

Senior Business Analyst base salary
: $120,000 - $124,000. Salary ranges are determined by factors including education, experience, location, knowledge and skills. Salaries may be adjusted to reflect market competitiveness. Eligible for a discretionary performance bonus. Includes benefits such as PTO, sick time, 401(k) match, healthcare, wellness programs, and leaves of absence as needed.
