What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support ongoing maintenance and new content development in Share Point
  • Plan and coordinate internal meetings, including logistics and attendee communications
  • Schedule and facilitate national virtual meetings using Zoom
  • Provide administrative assistance to Cyber Risk Practice teams, ensuring smooth operations
  • Track deliverables and timelines for cyber initiatives and project management activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across various departments and levels of the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience using Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for content and presentation creation
  • Basic knowledge of cyber insurance
