Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Syracuse, NY. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing front-line administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling phone communications, and performing clerical tasks. Additional duties include supporting executive staff and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations at the office. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong organizational skills in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company-specific software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the telecommunications or utilities industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification is preferred
