Accountant - Entry Level - Hybrid

Job Title: Entry‑Level Accountant (Accounts Payable Focus)

Hybrid, 3 days remote, 2 days onsite

We are looking for an Entry‑Level Accountant to support our Accounts Payable team
. This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who wants to gain hands‑on experience with invoices, vendor payments, and day‑to‑day accounting operations.

• Enter and review vendor invoices in the accounting system
• Help process vendor payments and weekly check runs
• Assist with reconciling invoices and resolving payment questions
• Maintain organized records for invoices and payments
• Support the accounting team with basic accounting tasks and month‑end activities

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or graduating soon)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Internship or part-time experience in accounting or accounts payable
• Exposure to accounting software or ERP systems
