Salary: $75k – $90k + Bonus

Growing Boutique Accounting Firm is seeking an Accounting Client Engagement Specialist to join their team!

• Help, guide, and coach existing assigned client base on company products, services, business frameworks, leadership challenges, and programs serving to bolster relationships.
• Assist clients in developing effective business strategies, improving leadership skills, and maintaining a positive and productive mindset. This involves offering tailored coaching sessions and providing actionable insights to enhance business performance.
• Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions with clients.
• Serve as key point of contact between clients & internal accounting/bookkeeping team.
• Helping clients develop and implement business frameworks.
• Addressing leadership challenges and providing solutions.
• Guiding clients on daily mindset practices to improve productivity.
• Developing customized coaching plans for clients.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Providing ongoing support and motivation to clients.
• Support monthly clients on “special” projects and changes.
• Growth plans Buy/sell/retirement.
• Support Accounting Coach on client areas not typically encountered.
• Lead training session for team that involve business trends and leadership ideas.
• Provide one on one coaching sessions for team members to support their development.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar work experience in a public accounting / tax environment.
• 2-5+ years’ relevant experience working for a public accounting or tax preparation firm.
• Familiarity of CRM systems preferred.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of small business public accounting & tax.
