With this Senior Accountant role, you'll be involved in a wide range of tasks...

- Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for reporting

- Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions

- Produce error-free monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

- When working with business partners, ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls. Additionally, be able to provide support on special requests

- Aid in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with external auditors

- Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations

- Partake in various department-wide initiatives

- Present analysis on financial results such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.

- Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary

Requirements

- Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

- Strong communication and social skills

- BA/BS in Accounting

- CPA or MBA (or in progress) is an asset

- Excel Formulas experience desired
