Staff Accountant – Client Accounting & Advisory Services Company Overview

Job Summary

Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) include full‑service CFO advisory, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. This role collaborates with innovative thinkers to help businesses maximize their financial and accounting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and receivable invoices and payments
  • Assist with payroll processing and reporting
  • Perform reconciliations of bank, credit, and loan accounts to the general ledger
  • Prepare and file sales tax returns
  • Prepare and enter journal entries
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Quick Books preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communicator
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Able to manage priorities and workflow daily
  • Commitment to excellence and teamwork
