Job DescriptionThe Territory Manager will be part of Milestone Pharmaceuticals’ new sales team provided by EVERSANA that is launching a new therapy in the cardiovascular space. The Territory Manager will achieve territory sales goals by promoting the new therapy to physicians and other medical personnel within their assigned geography. The representative will educate physicians and office staff on the product’s use, characteristics, advantages, indications, and other developments related to the promoted products.
The role involves representing Milestone Pharmaceuticals and EVERSANA in the field, maintaining visibility and customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively with external and internal customers. The position is responsible for achieving both territory product sales goals and territory sales activity goals through company-defined metrics.
This position requires someone who is self-driven with a track record of personal and professional achievement. The ideal candidate is proactive, has initiative and drive, and often takes the lead to accomplish tasks. The person should be highly motivated and willing to pursue opportunities to achieve goals, sometimes going beyond the assigned tasks.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and required promotional regulations
- Promote and educate targeted physicians/HCPs on the product portfolio through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, company-approved programs, and other approved means
- Work five days in the field each week, with office time for planning and follow-up as needed
- Maintain high levels of call and field productivity
- Meet call plan expectations and achieve territory sales goals within ethical and regulatory guidelines
- Execute company-approved product marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities
- Support targeted customers using company-approved resources and materials
- Ensure territory sales strategy execution via periodic territory and regional plans and call activity reports
- Accurately report sales calls, territory expenses, and written reports in a timely manner
- Attend all company-sponsored sales and medical meetings as directed
- Balance territory and regional work while maintaining solid sales performance
- Demonstrate sales influence within the territory
- Travel as needed throughout the territory (including overnights) as required by the call plan
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
: The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- 2+ years of current related pharmaceutical/med device/diagnostics sales experience
- Cardiovascular experience is preferred
- Ability to learn, comprehend and apply medical, scientific, and commercial information to drive increased product utilization
- Strong sales aptitude and related experience
- Documented sales success from previous positions
- Solid communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Proactive, can-do attitude
