Bicycle Sales Associate
Location:
Jen’s Cycles – 340 Robbins Lane, Syosset, NY 11791
Position Type:
Full-time

- Help customers find the right bicycle, gear, and accessories for their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shop environment.
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions about products, services, and store information.
- Assist with merchandising, stocking, and keeping the sales floor organized.
- Maintain general shop cleanliness, including basic cleaning and tidying of retail and customer areas.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn about bicycles, components, and accessories.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Weekend availability preferred.
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).
