This is a full-time, on-site role located in one of our offices in Syosset, Port Jefferson or Lindenhurst, NY for an Advanced Practice Provider at Integrative Ear Nose and Throat. The Advanced Practice Provider will be responsible for delivering patient care, including diagnosing and designing personalized treatment plans. Job duties include performing patient evaluations, conducting diagnostic procedures, managing care for patients with ENT and Allergy-related conditions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications- Strong foundation in Medicine, including expertise in diagnosing and treating diverse medical conditions
- Eligible credentials and relevant experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team
- Certification and licensure as required by the state of New York
- Prior experience in ENT or Allergy specialties
