This is a full-time, on-site role for an Adult Day Care Director located in Syosset, NY. The Adult Day Care Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the adult day care program, ensuring a high standard of care. Key responsibilities include managing staff and resources, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Other duties involve developing programs that enhance participant engagement, supporting individual and family needs, managing budgets, and providing training to staff to maintain the highest standards of service.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage programs, staff, and operations in an adult day care setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with staff, participants, and their families.
• Prior experience in adult day care services or similar healthcare settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulations and licensing requirements relevant to adult day care services.
