- Serve as a strategic finance partner to facility managers, commercial managers, asset managers, and Operations VP
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for one or more facilities
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
- Partner with leadership to achieve business objectives
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Analyze operational metrics and financial performance; recommend improvements
- Drive financial literacy among operational teams
- Perform data mining and detailed analysis of revenues, expenses, and capital expenditures
- Oversee month-end close, journal entry validation, and variance analysis
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Support internal and external audits
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
- Bachelor2fs degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Oracle, People Soft (or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite
