Security Officer - Medical Campus

Allied Universal - Up to $20.69/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to hospital and clinic staff, patients, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, reporting, and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of patient care areas, lobbies, parking lots, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.;
Control access by monitoring entrances, screening visitor traffic as directed, and assisting with way finding while following privacy and confidentiality expectations common to healthcare locations.;
Complete shift documentation such as activity logs and incident reports, and communicate noteworthy information to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts during shift transitions.
